4 - Elak melakukan senaman extra di bahagian perut (abs)
5 - Selalu melakukan senaman seluruh bahagian anggota badan
6 - Melakukan senaman untuk bahagian perut (swissball exercise)
7 - Lakukan senaman yang juga memberi manfaat kepada otot tulang belakang
